Workshop 1: Don’t Flinch Get Fearless about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Abstract: Our one-of-a-kind, DEI keynote packages dynamic, timely, content on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accountability and Leadership Strategy (IDEALS) program which allows participants to increase their capacity to understand the business case for IDEA, how shared language, leadership, and accountability play a significant role in the workplace and how they can utilize these concepts for a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable outcomes that benefit all.
Objectives:
- Build workplace cultures that support people “across differences.”
- Examine the role leadership plays in achieving a successful DEI initiative.
- Highlights the best metrics for gauging the scope and durability of change management.
- Addresses the challenges of establishing DEI within an existing workplace culture.
