2019 AWRA Night at the Museum

2019 AWRA Night at the Museum
Join AWRA for a night at the Natural History Museum of Utah, an evening of networking! The event will include beer and wine (optional) as well as heavy hors d’oeuvres (included).

Join AWRA conference attendees and get exclusive access to explore the Native Voices Exhibit, a history and contemporary culture of Utah’s native peoples; the Dark Sky Exhibit, immersive and interactive exhibit that displays our changing night sky; and the Sweeping Sky Terrace view of the Salt Lake Valley below.

Located near the University of Utah, this one-of-a-kind event is a great opportunity to meet fellow conference attendees and visit a world-class museum. Take in the stunning views, enjoy a selection of beer, wine, and heavy hors d’oeuvres while listening to our special guest speaker, Eileen Quintana, share about her experience living on a Navajo reservation without running water and electricity as a young child. She will discuss the importance of water in the culture and history of Native Americans.

PLEASE NOTE: You CAN ONLY purchase a ticket for the Tuesday Night event ONLINE by October 28th or at the AWRA Registration Desk in the Canyons Lobby. Because of liquor license laws in the State of Utah, you cannot purchase tickets onsite.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are not available for this event and will not be issued.
