2020 Virtual Annual Water Resources Conference
AWRA looks forward to hosting its Annual Water Resources Conference virtually. Full registration rates include all sessions. One-day registration options are not available for this conference. All presenters are required to register. If two or more individuals will be presenting, each individual must register for the conference. This includes: All technical session presenters (If one individual is pre-recording the session and another individual will be live for the Q&A, then they both must register); All panel session presenters; All poster session presenters.

October 31 - November 8: $495 / $595

Student Full Registration Rate
Now - November 8: $95 NOTE: Nonmember students must email their student id, with active date, to [email protected] in order to receive the student rate. Post-docs do not qualify. There will be an extensive student program included with your registration!
All conference participants (presenters, moderators, panelists, etc.) must register at the appropriate registration rate. The registration fees are the major source of funding for the Conference. The sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference must register. Participants and presenters are also responsible for paying their own travel expenses (AWRA does not provide funds for travel support). AWRA membership is not required to present at the conference. Please note: Gateway Membership does not include conference registration discounts.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are not allowed for Super Saver fees. We can transfer your registration to someone else by October 9, 2020. Cancellations received after October 9, 2020 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given for requests received after October 9, 2020. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
