This member category is for new professionals in water resources, those who have retired, or anyone wanting to give AWRA a try. Please note that this membership does not include voting rights in the annual American Water Resources Board of Directors election, conference registration discounts, and access to the Journal of American Water Resources Association, a bi-monthly, peer-reviewed journal, featuring original papers that examine the multidisciplinary and complex issues in water resources. We strongly encourage that if you are not an early career professional, nor retired, you should upgrade your membership to a Professional Member. For $90 more each year, you will receive the benefits listed above. Most conference registration discounts alone will cover your membership rate adjustment.
