Kathleen Romaine, of Range Light Coaching and Consulting, is a Career Development Coach who specializes in coaching STEM professionals. She helps them get clarity about what they want and what is next for them – so they can take on more fulfilling work and make a greater impact. She is passionate about helping others navigate change and achieve their desired outcomes with fewer obstacles and in less time.
Beginning her career as a scientist, she reveled in taking on new challenges and learning new skills. In her more than 15 years of experience in various leadership roles, she has led and motivated individuals and teams in a manager-as-coach capacity.
Kathleen holds coaching certifications from Northwestern University (ELOC) and the University of Wisconsin (CPC Program) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She earned her MEM from Duke University and her BS from the University of Wisconsin.
