Snowbird, Utah is in the heart of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Little Cottonwood Canyon, one mile down canyon from Alta. Snowbird’s base elevation, at the Snowbird Center, is 8,100 feet. Snowbird’s highest point is at Hidden Peak, where the tram docks—a whopping 11,000 feet. All conference functions will be held at Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort. It is a large, four seasons resort with plenty of space for networking, private meetings, social events with outstanding meeting rooms.

Rooms at The Cliff Lodge (part of the Snowbird Resort) may be reserved through the hotel, at the discounted rate of $119.00 single/double.
PLEASE NOTE: If you register online you will be required to pay for the whole stay at that time. If you call the 800 number to make a reservation you can guarantee your stay with a one night deposit. Snowbird's cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival.

Guests can also book ground shuttles once flights are confirmed by phone or on-line. The shuttle fee will be $68.00 per adult round trip ($35.00 one way) and children 12 and under will be $46.00 round trip ($23.00 one way). Shuttles reservations can be confirmed up until one day prior to the arrival date.
Travel
Arrange your airport transfers through the toll-free Snowbird Central Reservations line at 1.800.232.9542. Pre-paid 40-minute, direct shuttles are inexpensive and leave the airport within minutes of each guest’s arrival. Also available are rental cars, limousines, taxis and charter buses.
The Salt Lake International Airport is 29 miles from Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. If traveling by freeway, it takes approximately 40-45 minutes to reach Snowbird from Salt Lake City.
