All presenters are required to complete and return the Oral or Poster Presenter Commitment Form by March 23rd (return to Pat Reid by email or fax (540-687-8395).

Oral presenters will have 20 minutes for their presentation including a short biography and any Q&A at the end of your presentation. Laptop computer and LCD projector will be provided in each session room.

To find your spot in the Conference Program please use the link below to an Excel spreadsheet. Just search using your LAST name and you will see where your presentation is scheduled (date in first left hand column and time in second left hand column). There are 4 concurrent sessions in each time block (a session lasts 1 1/2 hour). There are 4 time blocks in each day. You will have 20 minutes within your session to give your presentation unless you are on a panel. Panelists should contact their panel moderator/convener for instructions regarding the set-up of the panel.

A CD ROM proceedings will be published. You are not required to write a paper but we encourage you to do so. If we do not receive your paper for review by the April 27 deadline, we will use your original abstract in the proceedings. Preparation instructions, template, and Author Agreement Form can be found below. Proceedings are made available at the conference imposing tight deadlines so please follow the schedule.

• Upload papers to website for review (and final) submissions. You will need your login/password which is found in your acceptance email.
• Papers can be up to 6 pages (10 megs maximum), using the Microsoft Word (.doc) template provided above.
• Requirement for inclusion of extended abstract in the proceedings - payment of conference registration fee by June 1.
