VA, Nov 16 – At its 22 January meeting, the AWRA Board of Directors
voted unanimously to donate $1,000 to Mercy Corps' Haitian earthquake

for the 2010 Outstanding AWRA State Section & Student Chapter Awards.

are due May 7, 2010.
Each applicant
must be a national AWRA member. One $2,000 scholarship will be awarded
to a full‐time undergraduate student working toward his/her first
undergraduate degree and who is enrolled in a program related to
water resources for the 2010‐2011 academic year.... All applications
and supporting materials must be received at the AWRA headquarters
by APRIL 23, 2010.
